Employee Benefits

We consider the people that work for us to be one of our most valuable assets. To insure the best possible service to our employees, AIS has developed an extensive employee benefit program that includes but is not limited to the following benefits:

Holiday Pay

At certain if employees on the job 60 calendar days, they are eligible for the following paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Weekly Payroll

Paychecks are delivered weekly to the job site or direct deposited into their bank/savings account.

Payroll Check Cards/Direct Deposit

Save time and money when you have your check deposited into a Visa check card account, or your own bank account.

Per Diem Payments

When an employee's jobsite is more than 50 miles from his/her permanent residence, he/she is eligible for Per Diem payments.

Travel Pay

In certain cases, employees may be eligible for a one-way travel.

Cafeteria 125 Program

Employees are eligible immediately for this valuable service. This can be used to pay for qualified medical programs with pre-tax dollars.

401K Programs

Employees may enroll in a robust 401K program.

Insurance Programs

Employees have access to major health, medical and disability insurance programs.

RAF Program

AIS offers a referral program to compensate employees for referring a colleague.

15 K Term Life Insurance

All employees are eligible for 15K life insurance
